Sher-e-Punjab is basically a dhaba style restaurant located at Sukantanagar near Airport, on Jessore Road. There are 3 styles of sitting arrangements: Dhaba style non air conditioned, Air conditioned and open-air sitting style. Watching planes take-off and land is an added attraction here. Its most delicious cuisines is obviously Punjabi & North Indian, in which Kadai Chicken, Butter Chicken, Chicken Hydrabadi , Tandoori chicken, Kebabs are the specialties. The Vegetarian items which are on demand are Dal Tadka, Masala Chana, Punjabi chatpata Paneer, Punjabi Paneer Tikka.

Chinese cuisine is also available. Price of the dishes ranges from Rs. 140 to 300. A meal for 2 will cost around Rs. 500 (Taxes Extra). Alcoholic beverages are available and prices are reasonable. It is the perfect place for hanging out with friends and family for a dinner / lunch. Kitchen is open style and many staffs are there to attend you. A huge parking space is also there.  The restaurant can be decorated in a better way as the location is very nice & the ground area is huge. The service can be also improved. To my view, I rate this place 7 out of 10.

    This is the worst Sher e Punjab I hv ever been. The food quality and taste is just worst. I went there on 14th August 2016 and complained the requisite authority for their poor food taste and quality. When I first entered the dhaba it was almost empty and I didn't realise the reason for this. But later after ordering the food and on tasting it I realised the reason behind empty dhaba.
