The gigantic Food Court in Mani Square measuring 30,000 sq ft, which can accommodate 650 visitors and foodies at a time, has emerged as an attractive hangout zone and stylish eating destination in Kolkata. There are marble tables & metallic chairs placed near to circular sofas of each Huge pillars. Big round white lights hanging from the ceiling add to the enormity of the place. It is the ideal place for friend & family to grab a quick meal after a movie at Cinemax or shopping at the various clothes, shoes, watch, and ornament outlets or even after grocery shopping at Spencer’s. There are many lcd screens throughout the food arena that usually plays news or live cricket / football. Therefore this place becomes a hit during IPL seasons and World Cups. It has all types of food counters, some serving Chinese, some Indian, some Italian, some Desserts, some South-Indian, some serve snacks like pav bhaji & Kachori and others. All the prices mentioned here are inclusive of taxes. Mineral water is available at all outlets at Rs. 30. Fizzy drinks like Coke & Pepsi in fountain costs Rs. 25. A complete meal for two along with beverages and desserts will cost as low as Rs. 250.

  

Mani Square Food Court Interiors

One has to deposit Rs. 25 to get a Mani Square Food Court card and provide some balance amount in cash to that card. Then you can use that card and purchase at any of the food counters. After that you can retain the card if you visit again or you can give that back to the cash counter and get back your available balance present in the card after purchases along with the extra deposit of Rs. 25. After placing an order, you have to get your food from that counter where you have ordered. The attendant at the counter usually calls you when your food has been prepared. Self-Service is the only disadvantage of food courts and don’t ever leave any of your belongings behind or unattended while you leave your seat to make an order.
